Provided items are in stock we ship out within 3 business days after receipt of an order and payment, Items not in stock will be ordered and shipped as soon as possible. At this time we offer standard shipping only but if you require expedited arrangements please inquire prior to ordering. We will be happy to assist where possible. RETURNS or EXCHANGES
If for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s simple to return with our 30 day returns policy.
Within 30 days of receiving your items, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item. Customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to vurbanite. A returns authorization number should to be included with your shipment. To initiate a return please email firstname.lastname@example.org with the items and your order number.
In order for us to accept your return, your purchases must be unworn and unused and any box or packaging must be intact. Please ensure items are packed properly and include the order paperwork in your return so we know it's your return. Any items received in an unsuitable condition may be refused. Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Any items returned are your responsibility until they reach us so we suggest you use a tracked delivery method and keep proof of shipping with any insurance.
Refunds take no-longer than 10 business days following receipt. Refunds are made to the original payment method only.
If you return your whole order, we will refund the price you paid for the items within your order and a proportion of the delivery charges you paid up to the lowest and most common method of delivery available to you at the time, Express or other non-standard shipping costs will not be refunded. If you return part of your order, we will refund the price you paid for the items within your order but shipping costs will not be refunded. Please note we are permitted by law to reduce your refund to reflect any reduction in the value of the items, if this has been caused by your handling, including any loss or damage that occurs during transit. If you reject your delivery and it is returned to us, the cost of the returned items will be refunded but not shipping costs which will not be refunded. We cannot refund the price of any gift wrapping or gift box added to your order.
